If you purchase services from Cyvra, your relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., a Service Agreement, Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or Order Form) (collectively, “Client Agreement”).

Cyvra, CyvraCore™ , CyvraShield™ , CyvraElevate™ , CyvraFlow™ , CyvraVision™ , and CyvraScan™ are proprietary marks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
You may view and use the Site for your internal business evaluation purposes only. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. Cyvra does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Content on the Site may describe security practices, compliance alignment, or technology recommendations. Such content is general in nature and does not constitute legal, compliance, financial, or other professional advice.
Cybersecurity and IT operations involve inherent risk. No system is perfectly secure, and Cyvra does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of systems, absolute prevention of incidents, or specific business outcomes, unless expressly stated in a Client Agreement.
Cyvra may use AI-assisted tools to generate, summarize, or support content and operational insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain errors or omissions.
You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for decisions.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYVRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYVRA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYVRA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” indicates when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
Each party waives the right to a jury trial.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
